Event Description:
We are pleased to invite AGC Members to the second meeting of the AGC Risk Forum.  The purpose of the Forum is to bring together senior construction executives (general counsel, risk managers, and senior management) who assist AGC members in managing risks and liabilities.

Topics of Discussion

1. How to Prepare for the Massachusetts Pay Equity Law
 
Christina Lewis, Esq. - Hinckley Allen
Labor and Employment Group Leader
Christina will lead a discussion on how companies can prepare themselves for the intricacies and compliance issues related to the Massachusetts Pay Equity Law that will go in effect on July1st.
 
2. Subcontractor Default Insurance Best Practices 
 
Luke Nolan - WillisTowersWatson
Senior Vice President, National Marketing Expert - Construction
Luke will lead an advanced discussion on the benefits of Subcontractor Default Insurance and some of the best practices contractors can implement.

3. Round Table Discussion
 
The Forum will open up for discussion about topics that are of concerns for the members.
 
We encourage AGC members to send the individual(s) in their organization charged with risk management to join the Forum to engage in an exchange of information which may benefit all involved.
