Maureen Kirkpatrick, Vice President / Operations Manager, Vice Chair, AGC MA Board of Directors
 

VP & Operations Manager

Maureen began her career with Turner in 1991 and currently serves as VP & Operations Manager.  In 1995, Maureen worked as a Superintendent. In 2002, Maureen was named Manager of Turner Concrete, which included managing major concrete operations and over 150 tradespeople. In 2004, took on the role of Project Manager, while continuing to manage Turner Concrete.  In 2006, Maureen was promoted to Project Executive where she managed multiple projects. In 2013, Maureen was promoted to Deputy Operations Manager of the Boston Business Unit where she co-managed 450+ staff and 250 tradespeople. In 2014, Maureen was promoted to a Vice President role where she also sits on the executive committee for the Boston Business Unit. In 2016, she was promoted to Operations Manager. In addition to her work within Turner, Maureen is a Trustee for the Massachusetts Construction Advancement Program (MCAP), as well as a member of The Policy Group on Tradeswomen’s Issues (PGTI), which focuses on breaking the barriers for women in the trades. She is also on the Board of Directors for the AGC of Massachusetts.




Meaghan Hooper-Berdik, Vice President and General Manager

Meaghan began her career with Turner managing ground-up work in the field, including the construction of Pembroke Real Estate’s East and West Office Buildings, which would mark the beginning of her contribution to the evolution of Boston’s Seaport District. She went on to serve in roles that varied from estimating to superintending before being promoted to Operations Manager and then Vice president and General Manager of Turner’s Special Projects Division. Under her guidance, Turner Boston SPD built significant projects for the area’s leading cultural institutions, developers, financial institutions, hospitals and more. Now, as the Senior Vice President & Regional General Manager of New England, Meaghan takes great pride in building teams and developing people, exceeding the expectations of her clients, and developing strategic plans to ensure the long-term viability of the business unit. Meaghan’s passion for transforming the Boston waterfront extends beyond her portfolio of construction experience. She is a Trustee and Vice Board Chair for Boston Harbor Now, an organization focused on realizing the potential for Boston Harbor by advocating for responsible development, climate change preparedness, and equitable access to the Harbor Islands. In addition, Meaghan is a longtime supporter of Horizons for Homeless Children, a nonprofit that is leading the fight in Massachusetts to help alleviate the trauma and stress of homelessness on both children and their families. She is also a ULI Boston Market Council member.
