Building the Pipeline to High Performing Teams

This Fall 2022 program will build on two prior events hosted by Wellesley College.  The groundwork laid in these 2019 and 2022 sessions identified the following problem: our industry (AEC) does not reflect the diversity and inclusivity that we aspire to as leaders and community members.  The goal of both the previous sessions and the upcoming event is to make an impact in the AEC industry by increasing women and minority participation over the long-term.  

This program is brought to you by Wellesley College, Associated General Contractors of Massachusetts (AGC MA), Boston Chapter of the Professional Women in Construction (PWC), National Society of Black Engineers (NSBE) Boston, and Boston Chapter of the National Organization of Minority Architects (BosNOMA).
