Her passion for lifelonglearning, evident in both her personal and professional life, is foundational to her work as an
executive coach and leadership development consultant.

Prior to retiring from Staples, Ilene served as Director of Leadership Development with a focus on Sales, Supply Chain, Customer Service and HR. Her knowledge and understanding of the challenges faced by rapidly changing business environments are at the core of her success.

As a certified coach, Ilene has successfully facilitated the development of 20+ highly valued Directors and Vice Presidents at Staples.  Today, she spends time traveling and maintaining a private practice enabling executives to maximize their career satisfaction.
