She specializes in leading lab projects with developing and new technologies,  and collaborating with senior leadership to anticipate facility needs for emerging therapeutic programs. She is dedicated to providing and maintaining high quality facilities that allow science to evolve without constraint.

Serena enjoys working in a complicated fast-paced environment, is enthusiastic about working with people from all disciplines to share knowledge and strategize on best practices. She takes pride in providing excellent customer service to everyone she interacts with from researchers and operations team members to external vendors.
