By exploring the concepts of identity, values, beliefs, and human connection, participants will gain insights into how different experiences shape people's worldviews. The course focuses on practical strategies for fostering inclusivity and enhancing communication across diverse teams. Key outcomes include:
  • Understanding the influence of personal identity and values on workplace behavior.
  • Learning how to navigate and respect different models of the world.
  • Developing skills to build rapport and create an inclusive environment.

About Stacey:
Stacey Rivera, MNLP, MTT, MHT, MSC, CM-LEAN
Certified Trainer & Master Practitioner in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP)
Stacey Rivera brings over 30 years of construction operations experience to her role as a consultant, integrative coach, mentor, and workforce trainer. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Architectural Engineering from the Wentworth Institute of Technology and has earned multiple certifications, including:
  • Board Certified Trainer & Master Practitioner in NLP, TIME Techniques, Hypnotherapy, and Life & Success Coaching
  • Certificate of Management – Lean Construction (AGC)
  • Certificate of Healthcare Construction (ASHE)
  • Certified Health & Wellness Coach
Stacey’s expertise lies in combining Lean principles with Neuro-Linguistic Programming to create high-performing teams and foster continuous improvement within organizations.
