Catherine Walsh, Assistant Vice President – Facilities Division
Northeastern University

As Assistant VP-Facilities Division Catherine is responsible for overall fiscal and administrative matters in the Division, including the development, analysis and control of operating and plant fund budgets so as to remain within approved spending guidelines and projections.

She is responsible for all procurement and contract administration including designer selection, contract negotiation, award and all professional services phases of the agreement to ensure project goals are fulfilled, for the award and execution of construction contracts and other related support and for project control functions and the Program/Project Controls Group that tracks all project financials, schedules and documents within a computerized management information system.
