Please join the HR Committee and our guest speaker, Alison Caton from the Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination (MCAD)
Topic: Current Trends with MCAD
Alison Caton is a Trainer at the MCAD. Alison has conducted trainings for employers, housing providers, and nonprofits throughout the Commonwealth. Alison started at the MCAD as an Associate Trainer and due to her training skill, she quickly became a full-time Trainer. Prior to her work at the MCAD, Alison was an HR Professional at EducationFirst, a company that curates educational experiences for students across the globe, as well as a flight attendant for Air Wisconsin. Alison has a B.S. in Public Relations from Champlain College in Burlington, Vermont.
