Participants undergo a unique development journey that builds a senior leader persona, advances in-context capabilities, and broadens networks for workplace and industry advancement.
THE LBE ACADEMY FRAMEWORK
Participants learn from diverse faculty experts, seasoned coaches, and industry role models through curated content sessions, experiential learning labs, accessible resources, and a self-identified leadership challenge project. Candid context-relevant conversations harness the collective strength of community to provide essential power skills for the 21st century.
