AGC MA will be hosting PSD Consulting as they provide classroom training the on 9th Edition Commercial Energy Code. Join us on March 18th and learn about the Top Ten Things You Need to Know about the 9th Edition, Solar-Ready Requirements as well as Air Barriers for Commercial Buildings.  

  

In his ½ day training students will review code provisions in the Massachusetts 9th Edition and significant changes between the 2012 and 2015 IECC.   Hear from PSD Consulting Engineers on the   “Top 10” commercial energy code compliance issues, the biggest 9th Edition changes include COMcheck documentation for all projects and solar-ready provisions. Additional topics covered will  include air barrier construction, mechanical and lighting system commissioning, and “additional efficiency package new solar-ready provisions, solar-ready rooftop area requirements, and roof loads, and electrical requirements.
