On November 3rd, AGC MA welcomes Joe Naughton, Director of Capital Projects and Charles Paradie Jr., Director of Pre-Construction Project Planning for the UMass Building Authority for a Fall Conversations with workshop.

Topics will include:
- Upcoming UMBA projects
- Preferences on alternative delivery methods
- UMBA prequalification and bidding procedures
- Continued dialogue on achieving best practices on UMBA and public construction projects
Joe Naughton - Joe is responsible for the management of the planning, design and construction of UMBA's projects, including new construction, renovations, preventative maintenance, deferred maintenance, and real state development on the University's 5 campuses in Amherst, Boston, Dartmouth, Lowell, and Worcester.
Charles Paradie, Jr. works with the various campus planning and Design & Construction groups at each of the UMass campuses in developing projects on the University Capital Plan that includes both new construction and renovation projects for academic and research buildings, dining facilities, residential housing, athletic facilities and infrastructure improvements.
