Here’s what will be covered in the two-day intensive:
- Goal Alignment: We’ll share proven strategies for connecting your team’s daily activities with overarching company goals to increase employee engagement and organizational agility. Don’t have goals? We’ll help you create them before attending the 2-day event!
- Building Trust: Experts will share the best techniques for establishing, maintaining, and repairing trust within teams to build better communication and increased productivity among your workforce.
- P.E.O.P.L.E. Framework: An innovative approach to building team cohesion and driving engagement for consistent employee work results leading to happy clients.
- Effective Communication: Learn how to master company-wide communication for better alignment and a cohesive work environment.
Who Should Attend?
This two-day workshop is ideal for two representatives from a subcontracting organization bringing in at least 5 million dollars in annual revenue or a general contracting organization bringing in at least 30 million dollars in annual revenue.
We recommend participation from both a culture advocate, such as an office manager, and an operations employee, such as a foreman or superintendent, to maximize impact. The synergy of these roles participating together promises a holistic approach to implementing the roadmap within their respective teams.
