Who Should Attend?
This two-day workshop is ideal for two representatives from a subcontracting organization bringing in at least 5 million dollars in annual revenue or a general contracting organization bringing in at least 30 million dollars in annual revenue.
We recommend participation from both a culture advocate, such as an office manager, and an operations employee, such as a foreman or superintendent, to maximize impact. The synergy of these roles participating together promises a holistic approach to implementing the roadmap within their respective teams.
