This year’s WIC Week Opening Ceremony, hosted by Shawmut Design and Construction, will spotlight women who have pursued very different careers in construction and found more than just a job – they found a career they are committed to and a shared passion, loyalty, and pride for an industry where women are significantly underrepresented.  Learn about their various journeys to leadership and why inspiring the next generation of women to pursue a career in construction is critical to the future of the industry!
