Construction Risk Partners
Greg Steele joined Construction Risk Partners (CRP) in August 2017 to help lead CRP's expansion and growth into New England. His depth of technical underwriting and brokerage experience paired with his ability to cultivate client and carrier relationships, will be significant assets to our national surety practice. He will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, while leveraging his expertise on complex surety deals to assist with program management of existing clients.

Tom Dunn concentrates his practice in construction law and business dispute resolution representing clients in various sectors of the construction industry, including power generation, utility and road work, painting, and plumbing and mechanical work. He is experienced with multiparty, complex commercial litigation in state and federal courts in Massachusetts and Rhode Island. Tom is also experienced with alternative dispute resolution including various forms/methods of mediation, dispute review boards, and arbitration.  He also provides contract drafting, review, and negotiation services. 

Tom lives in North Attleboro, MA and is licensed to practice in Massachusetts, Rhode Island, and California (inactive status).

Joe has been practicing construction law for over 30 years and is licensed in Massachusetts, New York, and Vermont.  Joe is an adjunct professor of construction law at Wentworth Institute of Technology in Boston. He is a construction arbitrator and a member of the American Arbitration Association Dispute Resolution Board (DRB) Panel of Neutrals. He is also certified as a mediator. Prior to beginning his law career, Joe worked as an engineer in New York, having previously graduated from the Virginia Military Institute in 1983 with a degree in civil engineering. Joe is chambers certified and was recently voted a “Go To” Construction Lawyer in Massachusetts by Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly.
