Goulston & Storrs, an Am Law 200 firm, has established its new Boston headquarters at One Post Office Square. Occupying 100,000 square feet across four floors (25 through 28) of the recently remodeled 41-story, Class A office tower, the space is designed to support flexibility and innovation. With panoramic views of Boston Harbor and Back Bay, the office reflects the firm’s forward-thinking approach to workplace design.

With interior architecture and workplace strategy by Elkus Manfredi Architects, the space seamlessly blends sophistication and functionality, featuring high-end finishes throughout. A mix of private offices and flexible work areas is complemented by shared social spaces and collaboration areas that foster creativity and connection. Employees and clients have access to café areas with exposed ceilings, two commercial kitchens, lounge spaces, and an expansive outdoor terrace.

One Post Office Square is a world-class LEED Gold Development in the heart of Downtown Boston. The Commodore Builders project team managed an intricate forty-week schedule, coordinating with eight simultaneous construction projects in the occupied building. This required significant planning, creative scheduling, and an intense focus on safety to ensure the project schedule remained unaffected. The tenant build-out also involved replacing a communicating staircase and slab infill.
